Delegation Headed by President Li Jin visited University of Queensland, Australia

University of Queensland (USQ) is situated in Toowooba, Queensland, Australia, which is a public and comprehensive University approved by both Australia government and Ministry of Education in China. Recently President Li Jin, Vice President Jia Qiaoping, Chen Ying, Dean of Information Technology and Hua Hua, Director of International Exchange & Cooperation took a visit to USQ and President Li signed the agreement in the area of General Aviation.

Prof. Paul Bates invited the delegation to visit Campwell private airport which will be the practice base for the students and recently it launched the first flight from Toowooba to Shanghai.

TheVice President of USQ Janet Verbyla said President Li’s visit not only strengthens the relationship between the two Universities, but also lays the foundation of the future cooperation. The Executive DirectorTalal Yusaf introduced that the Aviation in USQ takes the leading position in Australia and wishes to have the exchange program in the future.

President Li Jin expresses his interests in the program and intends to work with USQ and related enterprise in Shanghai to train the students with the ability of general aviation. At the same time he hopes that Sanda University will have the cooperation with USQ in teachers training, co-research work and 3+1+1 master programs.
