The University of East London(UEL) is a public university in the London Borough of Newham, east London, England, based at three campuses in Stratford and Docklands, following the opening of University Square Stratford in September 2013. The university can trace its roots back to 1892, gaining university status in 1992. It has more than 28,000 students from 120 countries.
Degree programmes and other courses are taught at UEL by one of seven teaching Schools. In addition, there are three Schools that carry out administrative roles: the School of Combined Honours, the Graduate School and UEL Connect, which manages Distance and e-learningand short courses.
UEL offers both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. Undergraduate studies can be in the form of either single honours or combined honours degrees, most of which are available for study on either a full-time or part-time basis. UEL offers a range of postgraduate degrees, including taught master's degrees,professional doctorates and research degrees including MPhils and PhDs.
Sanda University and UEL signed cooperation agreement in 2012. Since then teachers training, students summer camp and student exchange program were successfully organized by both sides. The further cooperation with our Finance Department and Accounting Department are under deep negotiation.
