After becoming a member of Applied Sciences University Alliance of the Ministry of Education, Sanda attached great importance to the cooperation with the university of applied sciences and technology. The first half of this year, Sanda delegation headed by President Li Jin visited Finland and the Netherlands, and signed MOU with two universities. As return visit, delegation of Centria University of Applied Sciences headed by President Pekka Hulkko visited our University on November 4th, to discuss further cooperation between the two universities. President Li Jin, Vice-president Zhang Zengtai and Vice-president Jia Qiaoping had a meeting with the delegation, Dean of Business School and International Exchange and Cooperation Office attended the meeting. Specific issues about the cooperation of student exchanges were discussed in the meeting.
Two sides conducted a deep discussion about the ongoing student exchange program and negotiated about cooperation details of the upcoming dual degree program.
After the meeting, the head of degree programme in Information Technology Mr. Mats Alback gave an overview and curriculum design of Centria University of Applied Sciences to the leaders of colleges and major principals of Sanda. And Mr. Mats Alback also gave an introduction of how to reflect the overall quality improvement and ability training of students on teaching plan.
Subsequently, accompanied by assistant dean of International Medical Technology School, Xu Yan and teachers of Business School, the delegation visited laboratory of International Medical Technology School and Business School. After the visit, the delegation spoke highly of our teaching facilities, and hoped our cooperation can go smoothly and deeply.
