Clarion University of Pennsylvania, located in Clarion, Pennsylvania, is one of fourteen universities of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE).
Clarion University was founded in 1867 and offers associate, bachelor's, and master's degrees and post master's certificates. Clarion University offers more than 90 academic degree programs, including certificate, associate, bachelor's and master's programs. To have such a broad range of programs in a rural setting is unique. Clarion University has 28 nationally accredited programs in which students can fully develop their unique talents.

Since 2009, Sanda University and Clarion University of Pennsylvania began to carry out cooperation of promotion from associate degree to bachelor’s degree and promotion from bachelor’s degree to master’s degree. Students of economy and management major in Sanda can apply for MBA in Clarion University of Pennsylvania; students of News major in Sanda can apply for MA in Clarion University of Pennsylvania; three-year junior college students can apply bachelor’s degree courses of business, English and computer science in Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
